More than 700 people submitted opponent testimony against controversial Ohio higher education bill

More than 700 Ohio University students, faculty and staff have submitted testimony from their opponents against a massive higher education bill that would greatly change the university by banning diversification efforts and teacher strikes and setting rules around classroom discussions.
