Charges of antisemitism an excuse for government to hurt Jews going to college

Never confuse the cause with the result.

The government will withhold $400 million in federal funds from Columbia University. The reason given is that New York institutions are said to be insufficient to fight anti-Semitism.

To convey the actual results, consider a metaphor: imagine a Chicago synagogue threatened by the Nazi neighborhood. So I spray painted a big red swastika on the front door, explaining that this would satisfy any anti-Semitic who might be lured into the house and cause trouble.

Do you say, “Good done, Neil! This will keep the congregation safe.” Or do you suspect, pretend, I actually hurt the person I pretended to help? Because this is the actual result of nearly a billion dollars fishing from Colombia, although this is not a synagogue, the number of Jews for undergraduates is 23%. Less than 10% of Princeton University.

Meanwhile, during the Gaza war, including Northwestern University, another 10 universities on its campus were blamed for pro-Palestinian protests and had received letters from the Justice Department warning them that they were also on the streets.

Don’t get me wrong. Did student protests at various universities often harass Jewish students and call for the destruction of Israel during the war in Gaza? certainly. Will this happen when a large number of 20-year-olds are allowed to say what young people are? Again, of course. For this reason, it is still a trick to withdraw from college, which is a way to impose tariffs on other countries, because it is a trick to abuse a lot of fentanyl by Americans.

In this era, language is lowered – although we have bought tickets and said “meaningless” on the platform, I shouldn’t be stuck with a reason. Bullies are cowards and liars. They rarely say, “I hit you because I’m a bad guy and love it.” They always signal excuses: “He hits me” or “I don’t like his face.” Causes should explain any wrong behavior that happened. They didn’t, and it didn’t help when the victim fell into the trap of assessing the validity of the excuse: “Well, maybe I Have done it Watching him interesting…”

I will never pretend to read government ideas and no longer let boys get my microscopes when they grow up. But one person can connect to the points. As the Ministry of Education was dissolved and the government’s scientific research was frozen, the research results were scrutinized, the facts were suppressed and the media was threatened, demanding elite universities stuffed with their

students to agree with the course. It’s all part of the war about learning and free expression.

Judaism is a religion, but it is also a culture, although Stephen Miller believes that culture values education and believes in speaking out loud. Jews tend to think about problems and then ask questions. Attacks on education, such as attacks on freedom of speech and tolerance, are attacks on Jews. And, if the Jews are not at the intersection at this particular moment, give it time.

Because the victim of hatred is replaceable; any convenient goal is OK. Why do you think all this energy has been spent on trans people? It’s not because rights are fans of the women’s sports. Transgender is the victim du jour. Donald Trump was elected in 2016, demonizing Hispanics, later adding Muslims, and then nimblely shifting it to trans civil and federal workers. Now in college. The object of hatred is almost irrelevant. The Jews are a universal goal and there are always excuses – we are mean to Jesus, we drive hard bargains, the state of Israel is a country. Ignore excuses. Look at the results. The government has not cracked down on anti-Semitism. It shows it.

Remember, the main motivation of the Trump administration is to put together power as oneself while submitting a quote to anyone who questions or may question Trump’s right to rule. Somehow Those ones The reason will never be clarified. Therefore, an educated class is naturally a goal. For whatever reason, the government is bent its muscles. See how far they can go.

This week, ICE arrested valid green card holder Mahmoud Khalil, who cited his leading pro-Palestinian protests in Colombia. The reason given is to fight anti-Semitism. The actual result is to start adapting the public to the idea that people are arrested for speaking. Tag their words to fight cancer – or treason or dangerous – and snap up on the cuffs. Law residents are now, U.S. citizens later. Next is me, writing such a column. Or you, to read them.
